Comments: I've had the pleasure of interacting with United Coach Tours on 7 separate occasions in the last 12 months. They are consummate professionals every time. I host large social functions in San Francisco for Stanford graduate students, and UCT is absolutely my go to transportation solution. Why is UCT so awesome?
1. Unbeatable price. I've done a bunch of research on this, and I am able to save a lot of money on each of my events by going through UCT.
2. Reliability. In practice, it has been my experience that the UCT drivers are always early, which ends up simplifying the day-of logistics significantly.
3. Easy of booking. Larry is a pleasure to work with. He is accommodating and responds to your emails quickly. For my last event, I added 2 buses 72 hours before the event and Larry was able to accommodate my relatively last-minute request without any issues.
The combination of these factors will certainly keep me coming back to UCT for the foreseeable future

Comments: UCT provided bus service for our summer tour group of 40 - mostly 9th and 10th grade students travelling from Taiwan. Without requesting it, they provided a Chinese speaking bus driver - a big plus for our group of mostly non-native English speakers. Over 4 days around the July 4th holiday UCT provided excellent service during one of the busiest travel times in the Bay area. Larry was super helpful.

Comments: In June, UCT provided transportation for a group of thirty four (34) Seniors from the SF Senior Center located in the Tenderloin district to Stow Lake in Golden Gate Park. The bus was clean and comfortable and Gary, our driver, was super helpful and very courteous. For many in our group, it was their first visit to Golden Gate Park even though they had lived in SF for most of their lives. It was truly a memorable trip due in no small part to UCT's professional service.

Comments: We chartered with UCT for various events covering a week in SF for a group of 130 high schoolers and adults. UCT was great! So flexible as plans changed. They accommodated our needs/wants, and got us to our various events/sites always on time. Buses were comfortable and drivers were courteous.

Comments: We had such pleasant journey with United Coach Tours! We use them for two round trips every year and they have never let us down. Since we are in Korea, We have to communicate through e-mails but that's never a problem because office staffs are so prompt, friendly and trustworthy. Drivers are always on time and very helpful. We will keep on travelling with UCT as long as they are in the business! Thank you!!
