We hired United Coach Tours for 2.5 days, visiting different places in the South Bay, Sausolito and the wine country. The bus war comfortable, the driver new her way around and was very accomodation when it came to special requests.

We recently used United Coach Tours to shuttle our 50 wedding guests from venue to venue. After nearly giving up after receiving ridiculously high quotes, I called United on a whim. I was shocked to hear that their prices were 40% less than the other bus companies. There must be a catch, right? Nope, no catch. And when I called several weeks later to add an additional half hour, they were able to accommodate at no extra cost. They had amazing service even before the actual charter day.

Tony, the driver, turned out to be just as professional and considerate as the other staff members. He showed up to the hotel EARLY to pick up our guests! After the ceremony, we had planned that our guests would walk several blocks to the cocktail hour. However, as fate would have it, the massive downpour of rain prevented anyone from even leaving the church. We called Tony and he was amazingly helpful, arriving within 5 minutes to shuttle everyone the few blocks. Thanks United Coach for making our wedding day run smoothly, even in the rain!

From the time I called to reserved a mini bus, to our driver, nothing be good customer service, which is very hard to come by these days. I will definitely use them again for our next bus trip!!!

I was very happy with the service from United Coach Tours. The original mini-bus that I asked for was out of commission and so they sent a larger, nicer bus at no extra charge.

I recently contracted United Coach for local services in SFO on a Incentive group of 130 pax.
They have been great and flexible from the very beginning: from the quote to the day of the services.
The drivers are very professionnal, nice and cooperative with the tour guides. The buses are really clean and new.
I truly recommend that company.

This coach service is great. We had a bus transport us from Marin to Sonoma and back for a wedding. The bus was on time, clean, comfortable and the driver was wonderful. Along with all that the price was reasonable. I will definitely use this company again.

After getting multiple quotes, this was the best price for a 24-seat mini-bus from the Bay Area to LA, a savings of almost $500. The bus was very comfortable and our driver, Gary, was always punctual and very helpful. We would definitely go with this company again, and give our highest recommendation to any other church or school group looking for a bus company.

The Victorian Alliance of San Francisco chartered United Coach Tours to visit the McHenry Museum and Mansion in Modesto in June. Management and staff were very accommodating, the coach was clean and our driver was prompt, courteous, and thoroughly familiar with the route. We highly recommend UCT and look forward to engaging them for our next field trip.
